Don Kennedy Roofing Veterans Prize Pack Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to qualified U.S. military veterans who are nominated through Facebook.

Nominees must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Nominations must be submitted by a Facebook user in good standing.
Employees of Don Kennedy Roofing, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

To participate:

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted starting from the date the giveaway post is published and will close on November 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

Prize Details

One (1) nominated veteran will be selected to receive the Veterans Prize Pack, which includes:

Approximate retail value may vary. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Don Kennedy Roofing reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible nominations received.
The winner will be announced on the Don Kennedy Roofing Facebook page no later than November 17, 2025.
The winner (or the nominator, if applicable) will be contacted via Facebook Messenger for verification and prize fulfillment.
If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
